Who it’s for: NDIS providers, plan managers, and admins responsible for funding setup, budgeting, and direct claims. What it solves: Reduces double-handling and gives providers access to live plan data, budget visibility, and direct claiming with the NDIA What’s coming: Live plan & budget sync: Pull real-time NDIS plan details directly from the NDIA using secure API integration. Direct claiming: Submit claims directly through the NDIA API - no CSV uploads required. Live budget tracking: View up-to-date participant budgets and plan item balances inside Visualcare. Error resolution on submission: If a claim fails, you’ll receive instant feedback to correct and resubmit. Timeline: Closed pilot phase: Now live in a testing environment for select Full production rollout: Expected September 2025 Why it matters: Reduces admin overhead, enables faster, more accurate claims, and improves funding visibility across the care lifecycle.

Who it’s for: Finance and Billing Teams preparing to claim under the Support at Home model. What it solves: Adapts claiming workflows to align with new Services Australia requirements, while offering flexibility and scalability. What’s coming: CSV-based claiming: Submit claims in bulk using structured CSV files – the most reliable method available at SAH go-live Services Australia API integration: In development, with connection options at both organisation and participant level Error handling for data mismatches: Claims will fail if participant data between Visualcare and Services Australia is not aligned. Flexible claim types: Submit bulk claims by participant or service, or manage on a case-by-case basis. API integration: In development Why it matters: Ensures providers can submit accurate, timely claims under the new model, while preparing for future automation through API connectivity. Who it’s for: CHSP providers required to adopt the new service list for DEX submissions. What it solves: Manual mapping to new program activities & service types is time-consuming and creates compliance risk. What’s coming: A CHSP Migration tool to match program activities and service types to the new structure. Automated update of service types across rosters and timesheets. Timeline: Available end of July (for 14 Aug DEX reporting) Why it matters: Ensures compliance with July 2025 CHSP Stage 1 changes. Status: In Development

Who it’s for: Home Care Package (HCP) providers preparing for the 1 November Support at Home reform. What it solves: Recreating services with pricing & specification, and building new rosters is time-consuming and error-prone. What’s coming: Self-service wizard to remap HCP services to S@H. Tools to migrate agreements, rosters and participant profiles in line with S@H requirements. Tools to clone existing HCP pricing and structure to S@H. A dashboard to track what services mapped and what’s left. Why it matters: Reduces transition risk by simplifying and automating key setup steps ahead of the 1 November start Status: In Development
