Custom Form Builder
in progress

We’ve heard from many of you that creating and updating forms through our current process is slow, costly, and often creates unnecessary back-and-forth. This means that instead of focusing on delivering care, you’re stuck waiting on us to make changes.
A built-in Form Builder would give you the flexibility to:
- Create and edit your own forms instantly, without relying on our team.
- Adapt forms quickly as your services or compliance requirements change.
We know this capability is important for providers, where forms need to evolve regularly. That’s why we’re reviewing how to bring this into Visualcare so you have more control, less friction, and a faster way to get work done.

Lots of great feedback here - we know the current process creates delays and costs, and giving providers the ability to build/edit their own forms would make a big difference.
Next step: we’ll work through how this could fit into our roadmap.

Form Builder for Clients
Sam March
Our clients currently have no way to build or edit their own forms. This is an area that we are behind when compared to our competitors and our current process is something that is both expensive and adds friction instead of removing it which goes against our company mission "To simplify the daily operations of home care services through technology".

To reinforce how much we are in need of a form builder, I just lost a client because Nightingale have this option available.
This client is an existing client of VC (No Limits), but we had always planned on bringing the other side of his business across (Aspire & Grow) - but it is not viable for him now, as having the ability to build forms is too important to him.

I have been getting this alot lately - the need is out there and other platforms have this capability. is affecting the sales side when we dont have it
