Who it’s for: Finance and Billing Teams preparing to claim under the Support at Home model. What it solves: Adapts claiming workflows to align with new Services Australia requirements, while offering flexibility and scalability. What’s coming: CSV-based claiming: Submit claims in bulk using structured CSV files – the most reliable method available at SAH go-live Services Australia API integration: In development, with connection options at both organisation and participant level Error handling for data mismatches: Claims will fail if participant data between Visualcare and Services Australia is not aligned. Flexible claim types: Submit bulk claims by participant or service, or manage on a case-by-case basis. API integration: In development Why it matters: Ensures providers can submit accurate, timely claims under the new model, while preparing for future automation through API connectivity. Who it’s for: Care Managers and Finance Teams managing participant budgets and compliance under Support at Home. What it solves: Provides a single, structured view of each participant’s Support at Home arrangements, reducing manual work and ensuring transparency in budgets, funding, and statements. What’s coming: New Participant Profile tab purpose-built for SAH participants Display of grandfathered status, funding arrangements and budget information Monthly statements available directly within the participant record Why it matters: Gives teams one source of truth for participant data under SAH, making it easier to manage budgets, monitor spend, and stay aligned with government requirements. Status: ETA September 2025

Who it’s for: Home Care Package (HCP) providers preparing for the 1 November Support at Home reform. What it solves: Recreating services with pricing & specification, and building new rosters is time-consuming and error-prone. What’s coming: Self-service wizard to remap HCP services to S@H. Tools to migrate agreements, rosters and participant profiles in line with S@H requirements. A dashboard to track what services mapped and what’s left. Why it matters: Reduces transition risk by simplifying and automating key setup steps ahead of the 1 November start Status: September 2025

What it solves: Ensures accurate logging, claiming, and oversight of care management activities under the 10% pooled budget model. What’s coming: Participant-level time logging: Track care management activities per individual to meet compliance requirements Integrated invoicing: Automatically generate claims aligned to government rules for SAH. Notes visibility: Logged notes are automatically saved and viewable in the participant’s Notes tab Future enhancements under review: Recurring scheduling for routine care coordination Mobile access for care managers on the go CSV upload of timesheets (post-launch evaluation) Timeline: Estimated release September for early adopters. Why it matters: Ensures compliance and builds new habits ahead of Nov 1 reforms.

What it solves: Manual mapping to new program activities & service types is time-consuming and creates compliance risk. What’s coming: A CHSP Migration tool to match program activities and service types to the new structure. Automated update of service types across rosters and timesheets. Timeline: Available end of July (for 14 Aug DEX reporting) Why it matters: Ensures compliance with July 2025 CHSP Stage 1 changes. Status: In Development
