- CSV-based claiming: Submit claims in bulk using structured CSV files – the most reliable method available at SAH go-live
- Services Australia API integration: In development, with connection options at both organisation and participant level
- Error handling for data mismatches: Claims will fail if participant data between Visualcare and Services Australia is not aligned.
- Flexible claim types: Submit bulk claims by participant or service, or manage on a case-by-case basis.
