What’s coming:
  • CSV-based claiming: Submit claims in bulk using structured CSV files – the most reliable method available at SAH go-live
  • Services Australia API integration: In development, with connection options at both organisation and participant level
  • Error handling for data mismatches: Claims will fail if participant data between Visualcare and Services Australia is not aligned.
  • Flexible claim types: Submit bulk claims by participant or service, or manage on a case-by-case basis.
