Why it matters: Reduces manual data entry and helps finance teams stay aligned with SAH’s new contribution and invoicing rules.

Who it’s for: Support workers, HR teams, finance admins What it solves: Reduces admin burden by letting workers correct missed time entries themselves- without requiring finance teams to manually enter hours or kilometres. What’s coming: Push notifications to encourage live-time entries and reduce delays. We are also considering ability to view past shifts and submit missed hours or kilometres directly in vWorker. Access to this feature may be limited by pay period settings or admin approval. Future support to flag submissions as retrospective to preserve transparency and auditability. Users can get back into the system in minutes, not hours. What’s coming: Self-service password & 2FA resets: Reset your credentials securely without needing to contact support. Improved login flow with Auth0 - a reliable and scalable identity management solution, trusted globally. Who it’s for: Care Managers, Coordinators, Billing & Finance Teams preparing for SAH. What it solves: Ensures accurate logging, claiming, and oversight of care management activities under the 10% pooled budget model. What’s coming: Participant-level time logging: Track care management activities per individual to meet compliance requirements Integrated invoicing: Automatically generate claims aligned to government rules for SAH. Notes visibility: Logged notes are automatically saved and viewable in the participant’s Notes tab Analytics dashboards: Track time spent, budget utilisation, and invoiced vs non-invoiced hours at both participant and organisation levels. 10% care management pool tracking: View usage and trends against the pooled allocation Future enhancements under review: Recurring scheduling for routine care coordination Mobile access for care managers on the go CSV upload of timesheets (post-launch evaluation) Timeline: Estimated release September for early adopters. What’s coming: Multi-stream budget tracking: Separate budgets for AT-HM, restorative, and palliative care funding agreements Remaining funds visibility: Reflects both confirmed and planned services, including draft/uncompleted bookings Participant contribution tracking: Co-payments and contribution breakdowns visible within Visualcare. Draft service planning: Plan and adjust future services (duration, frequency, type) before formal rostering Exportable budgets: Budget breakdowns embedded in participant statements (per Services Australia format) Monthly utilisation tracking: View funding usage percentages per participant and at an organisational level Scalable beyond SAH: Foundations will support NDIS and other schemes in future roadmap phases Why it matters: Equips providers to confidently plan and track individualised budgets under SAH, reduce errors, and comply with new government reporting requirements.
