We've added a self-serve dashboard to guide Home Care Package (HCP) providers through the move to Support at Home (SAH).

Why this matters?
SAH replaces HCP on 1 July 2025. To make the transition painless, we’ve added a purpose-built Readiness Dashboard that will guide you—step-by-step—from mapping your current services through to updating agreements, rosters and participant details.
Step 1 – Services mapping (preview) -
Disabled until Services Australia publishes the final SAH service list.

Who can use it?
Users with permission to Maintenance → Services
How Step 1 will work (once enabled)
  1. Lists your existing HCP services (Service Type = Home Care Package).
  2. Lets you match each HCP service to one or more SAH services.
  3. Handles one-to-many mappings—for example, splitting one “Domestic Assistance” service into separate SAH services.
  4. Saves time with bulk spreadsheet download/upload (coming in the next release).
  5. Marks Step 1 complete so you can move straight to Step 2 when it lands.
