Award Aware Rostering

Release Notes: 29 October 2026

This release fixes Pay Cat Connect exports to Xero and MYOB dropping hours when a worker’s shifts were split across batches, stops on-leave shifts with zero pay hours being sent to Pay Cat, lets MYOB exports process line by line instead of failing as a whole batch, and corrects how Support at Home statements show services from previous months once their claim is confirmed.
Pay Cat Connect - Xero and MYOB export
Fixed an issue where exporting a large pay run to Xero or MYOB could leave some workers short of hours. The export sends timesheets in batches, and when one worker’s shifts fell across two batches, the second batch replaced the first in the worker’s draft timesheet, even though the export reported every line as successful. Batches are now built by whole worker, so each worker’s full set of lines for the period lands in their draft timesheet together. Re-selecting a single worker and exporting again still replaces their draft timesheet with the corrected set, as before.
Pay Cat Connect - MYOB export errors
Previously, if any one line in an MYOB export had a problem, the entire batch failed. The export now processes the remaining lines and leaves only the problem lines for you to fix and export again, matching how the Xero export already works.
Pay Cat Connect - On leave shifts with Pay Hours set to 0
Fixed an issue where a shift marked as On Leave with a Leave Code and Pay Hours set to 0 was still sent to Pay Cat with the full rostered duration, so the worker was interpreted and costed for time they should not be paid for. These shifts are now excluded from the Pay Cat submission altogether. Shifts with Pay Hours greater than 0 were already sending the correct value and are unchanged.
Support at Home Statements - Adjustments from previous periods
Fixed an issue where a service delivered in a previous month did not appear in the “Adjustments or refunds from past calendar months” section when its claim was confirmed, for example a November service claimed and paid in December not showing on the December statement. Statements now show services by service date. Services delivered in the statement month appear under Detailed Expense Information whatever their claim status, and services from earlier months whose claim is still pending, or was confirmed during the statement month, appear in the adjustments section with the government and participant portions shown once confirmed.
Document uploads
Fixed an issue introduced in the 14 October release where documents uploaded to client profiles and worker compliance appeared to save but could not be viewed or downloaded afterwards. Uploads are now stored correctly and are available immediately after upload.
