Release Notes: 27 May 2026

Our latest release is now live. This one is heavily focused on Support at Home statement reliability and invoicing workflow improvements, along with a handful of platform usability fixes that have been on the list for a while.

SAH Statements

We've resolved several statement issues that have been causing pain across a number of customers.

Statements now generate successfully for participants whose only funding is AT-HM, Home Mods, Restorative Care, or End of Life Pathway. Previously, attempting to generate a statement for these participants returned an error ("no participant budget was found") even when funding existed for the period.
Participant addresses on printed statements now display State and Postcode correctly. Previously, these details were cut off, meaning statements did not align with standard mailing envelope windows.
A number of statements that were failing to load for specific participants are now accessible.

SAH Invoicing

Invoices containing lines blocked due to a missing Service Accounting Code are now correctly prevented from being included in Xero CSV exports. Previously, these lines were exported silently with an incorrect code substituted in, which would cause the file to fail on import into Xero. You will now see a clear error identifying which lines are blocked and why, before any file is produced.
The Finance Settings button is now correctly hidden for users who do not have Finance Settings permission. Previously, the button was visible and accessible to all users regardless of their permission level.

Platform and navigation

You can now access the Visualcare product changelog directly from the Help menu within the platform, making it easier to stay across what's new.
Help and Support links throughout the platform now point to our Salesforce Help Portal. Older Freshdesk links have been removed.
Navigation submenus with long item names now display correctly within their dropdown containers. Items such as "Cancelled Shifts / Shifts on Leave" and "Roster Compliance Mismatch" were previously overflowing beyond the menu boundary.
