From 1 October 2026, the government is making personal care fully funded under Support at Home, so participants no longer pay a contribution towards it.

We're updating SAH quotes so personal care calculates with no participant contribution from that date, flowing through to the service agreement. Claiming, invoicing, statements and dashboards already draw participant and government amounts from Services Australia, so those update automatically with nothing for you to reconfigure.
