Makes NDIS reporting more transparent, accurate, and easier to reconcile - especially for providers delivering services across different funding types.
What’s changing:
We’re overhauling the NDIS Funding Breakdown Report based on feedback. Key updates include:
  • Services delivered through Plan-Managed agreements will be clearly labelled - or optionally removed - from the report to reduce confusion
  • Kilometres will appear as their own line item with NDIS line codes, instead of being bundled
  • Facility usage fees and similar costs will be displayed explicitly as claimable items
  • Travel time and costs will be listed separately to reflect the true service value and support proper claiming
  • We’re working on a clearer layout that includes a running balance to improve funding visibility and simplify reconciliations
