Currently, to download photos uploaded by support workers, users need to open each image individually and download to save them. When images uploaded over a period of time are required for reporting purposes this becomes cumbersome.

Providers often need to download the images in bulk, as their support workers upload important photos related to participants — for example, during community access activities, domestic support, and in-home care support. These also include before-and-after photos for cleaning, medication charts, and sleep charts, etc.

A way to bulk download images from a participants profile would streamline reporting for providers
